The perfect refreshment break for those visiting the Saaser Museum and its surroundings. Its typical Swiss vegetarian cuisine is not to be missed and its proverbial fondue is excellent.

C‘est la pause rafraîchissante idéale pour ceux qui visitent le Musée Saaser et ses environs. Sa cuisine végétarienne typiquement suisse est à ne pas manquer et sa fondue proverbiale est excellente.

Uncle Mario, the Chef of the Residence Chateau cooks personally for you!

Uncle Mario, after an initial contact, will study one or more menus suited to your needs, he will make a list of the necessary ingredients and wines that will accompany one of the best meals you will enjoy in the comfort of your own home. The chef will be at your home on the appointed day before the arrival of your guests or in any case before the time you wish to have lunch or dinner. Preparation will take place directly in your kitchen or possibly be completed on site. Then, if you wish, you will serve at the table, explaining in detail what you are going to taste, arrange the kitchen and everything will be in the same order as before. All that remains is for you to welcome your guests or simply sit down with your family while waiting for lunch or dinner to be served.
