In Saas-Fee in the winter you can enjoy 150 km of ski slopes. There are various levels: blue, black and yellow slopes. There are also lots of opportunities for alpine skiing and cross-country skiing. 
To make the most of the area in the winter do not miss the snow park for free-style skiing, parks for children and families and ski schools for those who want to try a new sport or perfect their technique. 

Visiting a glacier is a really unique and unmissable experience.  Guided tours are organised regularly. You can go through the tunnel to reach the Mittelallalin cave, which is even more magical with the fantastic lighting, or set off to explore the Fee glacier. In any case, walking through the depths of eternal glaciers is a really unforgettable experience. 

Walking in the silence of the snow with snowshoes or shoes suitable for the snow, enjoying moments of unique tranquillity while observing the white landscape. There are lots of routes of different levels of difficulty. 

For some pure fun, try the toboggan runs! In Saas-Fee there are around 6 km of slopes, while in the  Saas-Grund area there are an astounding 11 km of slopes. 
At sunset the experience is even more thrilling: equip yourself with a headlamp and go for a night run on the slope!

In the centre of Saas-Fee there is a fantastic outdoor skating rink surrounded by breath-taking scenery. If you do not have any skates, you can hire them easily in one of the designated rental points. 
Not just skating: the rink can also be used for curling, a fun group sport
